Carbonation Once transferred to the bright tank, the beer is carbonated using carbon dioxide and a carbonating stone. The carbon dioxide is released through the carbonating stone in the form of tiny bubbles. As the pressure increases, the carbon dioxide dissolves into the beer. After carbonation is complete, the beer is ready to be packaged. |
