Kegging

Following carbonation, the beer is now ready for consumption. To best transport and serve our product, the beer is transferred from the bright tank into precleaned and pressurized 15.5, 7.75 or 5.2 gallon kegs. We take great caution in preventing any type of contamination. Once filled, the kegs are immediately moved to the cellar.
